Got this product through a recommendation on Tik Tok (sorry about me I know 😂) it's one of those products that is easy to take so easy to remember and by the time I started going downhill I was already up Order ran another one, so I didn't have to do without it. It gives you that little boost you need that you can't get from caffeine or a pre-workout, that's crazy. Made my second and sometimes third workouts doable. It was great. I would take it 2/3 times a day. I order two at a time and I'm already ready to subscribe! Love this product, they can give you more bang for your buck! A bag lasts me a little less than a month
