The bottom round hole doesn't work.

I saw this and the picture was similar to what I bought for my daughter's mother 2 years ago so I thought it was great. This one is made out of cheaper metal, the parts look cheap and opening it is a hassle. The one previously opened from the top so the box with her name and the date of the crossing fitted perfectly inside. The one received has a round opening box, does not fit. Also, it's sealed with a cheap plastic washer that doesn't work reliably. Disappointed but they had different personalities so we'll look for something else.
