Didn't last long - my new review

Seemed like a good backpack. Functional, good looking, material seemed strong; but, the zipper ripped apart at top after less than 2 months of use. Very disappointed. I wanted to reach out directly to company instead of posting this and give them a chance to redeem themselves (hoping I just got a rare 'lemon') but couldn't find how to reach them so hopefully they will respond and rectify the issue through this posting - I will update if / when there is some resolution.

Pros

It has a top handle for easy carrying by hand

Cons

The bag lacks organization pockets and compartments

Great backpack for toting my laptop. Seems to be made well, although I’ve had it only a short time. I like that it has numerous pockets for organization.
