The monitor looks fantastic. Its optics are great. It's breathtaking. Yes, some games are a problem. This is the code. Yes, software settings are required. Firmware is one thing. The real problem is quality control. For a premium monitor, it should last for years. Mine broke in less than 30 days. Without a FAT32 drive, the firmware cannot be updated, so you have to find a very small or very old drive, sometimes bricks are also displayed. I never did mine because of this and it broke before I could. It was necessary. HDR was broken and stayed that way. Also, what's the difference if there are 3 models. It is Samsung's job to ensure that faulty displays are repaired, which means that unrecoverable stock is returned. They won't get many reports. Greedy sellers have no choice but to sell junk, which ultimately damages the brand. After all, I've had a lot of Samsung products over the past 5 years. Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, telephone and television to be precise. I used to love Samsung. I liked the style and the plot. I liked the dedication and the design. I loved knowing you were getting something great. Today I can say that none of the purchases mentioned were of high quality. The fridge was leaking after less than a year and had to be replaced. The washing machine had mold problems. Only the dryer was passable. The dishwasher leaked and kicked out the door due to water pressure issues flooding my kitchen (thank goodness I was home). The TV broke after 13 months and it was impossible to pay someone to fix it after a crappy warranty (it was their best 4K QLED). You haven't done anything in the last year. And the phone... forced Bixby. Scrap that messed it up for me and couldn't be fixed so I sold it. So will I buy another Samsung? I just bought a Neo as part of this return so we'll see. Samsung's last chance! If that fails I'll post and link it, at which point I'll be fully and completely done with them. I hope I'm wrong. I hope they care enough. Concerned that this is not the case.
