This is a clipper that I bought to replace the ones that came with my clipper of choice years ago. The old ones were still usable, but some were beginning to deform with time and abuse. I didn't think of color coding when ordering. I was surprised that it changed my work. The color charts are made with the same Wahl quality I expected. They fit my old clippers perfectly and just work. The difference is that I no longer have to search and fumble around to see the black-on-black guide numbers molded into the old guides. Once I memorized the color guides, I didn't have to mess around anymore. The kit comes with a nice color coded chart that I can save for later use. This is definitely recommended for Wahl users.
