So when I first got my Inkbird humidity control it worked fine for about a week. Then the current does not turn off, it dries out the room too much. Tried all logical steps and nothing. Still can't turn off. So I contacted Inkbird support, they sent a business card with the order. Many of my questions were answered very quickly. I've already done most of the bug fixes. After I answered the questions, Inkbird said it looked like a product defect and they would be releasing a new device immediately. No refunds or refunds, just send a new one. This all happened between 05:15 and 05:45 ET! I don't know where the customer service is but by all means do it! Got a new pad and it's killing it I think Inkbird deserves a look and as long as the products are as good as the customer service you are in safe hands.
