I bought "TANSUNG Poultry Scissors Disassembly Kitchen Scissors Heavy Duty Anti-Rust Kitchen Scissors” after trying other brands with weak, breaking handles and poor ergonomics. I carefully read the reviews of several brands and decided to spend extra money on these scissors. I use them every few days to cut up whole chicken bones to make bone broth for my cat. The scissors have strong handles and the blades remain surprisingly sharp even after months of regular use. The fish scale feature on the back of the top blade is SWEET for multiple uses, including ginger root chopping. So far great, so good!
