The customer support service is not helpful in any way, shape, or form; it responds to the question within a few hours, and the only thing it uses as an argument is the fact that you are having issues with the Internet and that our products are awesome. Yes, you can go to hell with your awesome product; nevertheless, I've found that it does not work for me at home, in contrast to everything else.
