Plug and Play mostly. You'll have to buy 16-20 gauge wire clamps for the battery terminals, but I found them for less than $5 at my local auto parts store. These lights aren't bright neon, but they work really well with LEDs and they'll get through if you decide to buy another kit that you can just plug into your current setup so you can work even brighter.
