When I first reviewed this EasyTone set top box I gave it 1 star because I couldn't get it to work on my TV. I sent it back and EasyTone sent me a new box that works. The device comes with a remote control and a mini-keyboard (required), but no written instructions were included. Not a big problem as YouTube provided instructions so even I could figure out how to set it up. Their customer service rep Lily was very helpful, checking multiple times to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with the new box. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely work with EasyTone again.
