Review on Oatey 43565 Snap Drain 3 Inch by Fred Reid

I'm glad it was PVC. My 3 inch drain pipe is 50 years old but in good condition. This item will not fall into the pipe. The PVC wall of this item was thick enough to sit straight on top of the pipe. I go this way. I made 8 cuts on the wall with a hacksaw. That gave him enough leeway to bend some of them. I also sanded the edge to make it easier to start. Then I drilled a few holes in it and now it goes in as much as I want. This PVC wall was too hard, but sometimes you just have to adapt. If it was metal I would never have tried it. So this will work fine and gave it 3 stars. If it had fallen straight into 5 stars it would have been released.
