Installed a pair of these in the trunk of a 2002 Civic. I had to slightly alter the mounting hole to make it fit. Once installed, these things rule! I chose these for their good x-max and frequency response and DC resistance. My goal was to improve bass response without a subwoofer; They haven't even been broken in yet, but heck they really shine for the use I've described. Now I need to dampen vibrations that weren't there before. Used with 30 watts RMS power per amplifier channel. Highly recommended for in-car use if you're looking for great bass/mid-bass response. Perfect!
