This worked great flying with my 6 month old. I needed something that could be used as carry-on luggage to keep my breast milk cold and also to house other essentials. The top compartment is large enough to hold many diapers, wipes, changing pads, extra coveralls, toys and burp blankets/napkins. I used a frozen water bottle in the insulated portion and it kept my breast milk cold for over 8 hours on the go! I was super impressed! Separate compartments made it easy to keep everything organized and easily accessible during my travels. I attached a water bottle to one of the D-rings on the front of the bag and left the rolled up blanket in the side stretch pocket for easy access. This bag is small enough to fit nicely under the seat in front of you while still leaving legroom, which is important as I'm quite tall and booked a seat on the bus. I love that it has shoulder straps for a backpack as well as a loop for easy snatching. I used my Ergo backpack so I didn't want to carry a backpack and this bag easily fit my small wheeled bag and I was able to hold the loop at the same time as the suitcase handle. I will definitely use this as a spare diaper bag, especially when flying! I highly recommend it.
