Stylish fan. If you expect to move a lot of air in a large space, this fan is NOT for you. Read some reviews about how frustrating the air movement is with this fan. Again, you're not buying this fan because you want to move air, you're buying it for its aesthetics. In general, I like the fan, it works, the blades rotate, the light comes on. This is a small fan, so it only works in small spaces. Don't try this in a large room, it will look completely silly in a large room. There is enough air movement, enough for a small space. Again, don't buy this if you want to move a ton of air, not a fan for you. The blades are plastic, I didn't expect that, but cie la vie. The rest is installed like any other fan, definitely not rocket science.
