Review on Philips 13W Compact Fluorescent Bulb (Model 230102) by Richard Lamptey

Received December 2017 Towards the end of March 2018, lights are difficult to turn on; flashes a lot. Didn't notice when I bought it, but it's a soft light version and the light has a yellow cast to it. The original Ottlite lamp was bright white and lasted at least ten years. The current price is twice what I bought less than four months ago.
