Poor headrest design

If you are 1.80 m or taller, this is not a comfortable chair. I'm 6ft 1in and the fixed headrest is in such an awkward spot that I can't tilt my head back without it cutting into my lower neck/upper back. It's actually pretty uncomfortable and gives me more back/neck pain than my old cheap office chair. I am considering returning it for this reason. I have attached a detailed image of this scenario. The rest of the chair is great. I like that the armrests can be adjusted to many positions. in many ways and the quality of the material seems very high and will stand up to repeated use. However, the headrest issue makes a big difference and is the main reason for my poor rating. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this chair considering the higher price point. I expected problems like this from a $100 chair, not a $500 chair.

Pros
  • A ROBUST STEEL FRAME sits on a five star nylon base, aided by a Class 4 hydraulic gas piston. Add sports car inspired cold cure bucket seats, meticulously upholstered in luxurious leatherette. Unlike entry-level gaming chairs with cushions, we've included dynamic 2" lumbar support and an oversized headrest with cold-cure foam cushions.
Cons
  • too stupid
