Review on πŸ”© Inverted Drilling Anchor: Fitting Phillip by Runbi Alvarez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Insanely strong and well made.

I like these. Very easy to install, super strong and almost as easy to remove if needed. Yes, they are removable! There's a simple trick that requires a thin pick or Phillips screwdriver: remove the screw; Then loosen (but do not remove) the anchor from the wall and rotate it so the words "Anchor EZ" are at 3 o'clock; Then take a thin pick/screwdriver and insert it into the center screw hole. You need to slide the tool along the bottom edge of the screw hole and tilt the tool up. You'll feel a slight resistance as the tip of your tool touches the switch, so just push a little harder and the switch will flip and you can completely remove the anchor. There is a video on YouTube that demonstrates this process very well that I can't link to. Just search anchor removal and you will find it. I highly recommend them for holding very heavy items when a stand or ceiling joist is not available.
