I'm 5'7" with a 31" waist so based on the size chart I chose a size small. They fit perfectly in the waist but are very narrow in the legs. I've thought about going back and trying the medium size but I don't want to risk the pants being too big and I like the small better so might as well just keep them. Overall they appear to be great running pants. The material is good and feels comfortable. I just wish they were a little looser in the legs and then they would be perfect. S: Waist: 31-33 inches; Hips: 35.5-37.5 inches; Inseam: 28.25", Waist: 33.5"-35.5", Hips: 38"-40", Inseam: 28.75".
