I was very disappointed with this harness. I have had several of these transport boxes and am thrilled. But the straps are uncomfortable when your pet is heavy or you need to carry them for a long time. I was hoping this might be the solution. But not only is this strap less comfortable (it curls up easily in one spot without distributing the weight), it slips off the shoulder easily and doesn't provide stability when worn. To make matters worse, while the original strap has metal clasps, this incredibly cheap one has plastic clips. I do not recommend this to anyone. It's just not as advertised and it's no improvement over the strap that came with the original bag.
