Love it - it's so nice not to be lugging around our whole diaper bag. It's also great to have clips so you can attach it to your bag or just use it as a wrist holder. A few small notes: the part you put the child in is easy to wipe clean, but the outside is only spot clean; Sometimes I put it in pretty dirty places (like public changing tables) and while the baby stays clean, it's kind of a shame you can't really clean the side you put it on. Also, I don't actually use a napkin holder as I only use our own napkins as they are easier to get out of the top opening than this napkin holder.
