I am satisfied with the oven, but I have found that there are very few spare parts. I wanted an extra grille but there isn't one. A picture with three shelves of food cannot be made, since there are only two of them - a shelf and a pan. I wish I had gone with another more well known brand. What I also don't like is the lack of a start button. You have to turn on the timer to start the oven, which creates problems if you want to preheat and then bake for a specific amount of time. It fits well in my kitchen with stainless steel appliances as it looks very nice.
