We have used Huggies night nappies at night and have been very satisfied. We've used regular Pampers in the past and have been very happy, so I thought it might be worth trying those as well. However, these diapers with "extra protection" disappointed us. They are almost indistinguishable from the regular "Baby Dry" brand, except that the padding is slightly thicker. These diapers swell and make my son uncomfortable if left on him overnight. So far we haven't had any problems with leaks. We have never had a problem with diaper rash but have since using these diapers. These diapers would be fine if you need a little extra protection during the day, but they're definitely not for an overnight stay. Instead, we return to Huggies Overnights.
