Review on 9.7" HUAWEI MatePad T10 Kids Edition Tablet, 2/32 GB, Stylus, Android 10 without Google Services, Deep Blue by Boyan Zlatev ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

They were going to buy him an iPad but then realized it was unreasonable to give a two-year-old child $40,000. They started looking around for anything common or kid-friendly. We have a model here. You had to fill out a bunch of registration documents in there, here, and somewhere else because this is the first Android device in the household. The standard Google account is insufficient because the and do not function. So the Chinese are attempting, through their aids, to teach to you how to operate the apparatus. Huawei is basically a Chinese toy now, therefore I'd recommend looking at Samsung devices instead.

Pros
  • The rubberized exterior and child-friendly design make this gadget quite durable.
Cons
  • Don't think you can get everything you need from a download in 5 minutes. The US has placed restrictions on Huawei equipment, and as a result, the company cannot use the Google Play store. I had to watch a good portion of the site to figure out how to get YouTube onto my son's tablet. It turned out that the Huawei tablet's GSpace app needed to be downloaded through the Huawei app shop (which appears to be called Huawei App Gallery). We get what we need by going to that site and using that portal. There will be subtleties in the applications as well, such as the inclusion of advertisements. Then, a quick visual reminder: you shouldn't rely on anti-aliasing as good as the kind you get on an iPhone or a Macbook's Retina display. The opposite is true. However, for the child's needs, a short period of cartoon viewing is sufficient.
