- The best support out there.- Community that really cares about solving customers' problems rather than getting "market share".- The ability to use multiple clouds at once (public/private). I dislike how cloud providers are becoming big companies like Microsoft (for example). This makes sense if you're running something proprietary but not when most people are using public solutions! We need more people from different companies in these roles so we can get better deals! Support is great and they solve all our issues quickly and efficiently without wasting time doing their own thing because they have too many things going on already! The support is amazing! I have had questions answered quickly and professionally.Openstack has been an excellent platform to implement in our environment. It's been very easy to understand and we are able to customize just about anything we need. There are some things that could be improved, but nothing major. We needed a platform that could scale up and down easily. Openstack allowed us to do this without having to hire a team of engineers every time we wanted to add capacity.
