What I love about this mat is the cushion that relieves heel pain that I get from standing in the kitchen for long periods of time on hardwood floors or other regular mats . It's so comfortable to stand in to cook or wash dishes. Choose red, it looks great. The length is also a plus. Easy to wash or sweep. It stays in the same spot on my floor, which I really like.
