Review on Logitech G305 Lightspeed: The Ultimate Wireless Gaming Mouse by Ninad Shinde

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible quality, a waste of money.

The mouse itself is of very high quality, which is one of its many positive aspects. Light, but in comparison to its wired counterpart, the G102 is on the heavier side. However, I've heard that you can purchase a battery that has a lower capacity and, as a result, a lighter weight. The response is quite understandable, and the sensor is top-notch. Cons: The build quality is terrible, and in my unit, the bottom side button fell into the case. Because it is more recessed than the top one, you have to press it with more force, and your finger clings to the edge of the cutout as you do so, making it a very unpleasant experience to touch. These buttons on the same G102, of which I have two, are pressed all the way in and are flush with one another. And in general, the side buttons on the G305 are inferior to the main buttons and the wheel because they have a significantly lighter press compared to those two elements. As a result of this, I made the decision to trade in this mouse for another one of the same model, but unfortunately, the replacement mouse had the same "sores" as the original. I am completely disheartened. Yet, the mouse will set you back four thousand dollars for such a marriage. I put two G102 through a year of use; despite being an inexpensive model, the installation on both of them was flawless. There is a possibility that I came across copies from the same series that were married. I will not rule this out. Be sure to give this mouse a thorough examination before buying it if you do decide to purchase it.
