The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired.

I really like this machine. I was starting to get interested in baking and needed something better than my hand mixer. i love this shop It's easy to use, easy to move around, and perfect for what I'm good at (which isn't much)! The reason for the 4 star rating was that the instruction manual was very basic. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the sausage attachment. I think the guide should be broken down into more detail. Otherwise it's great!
