I bought this fan for my wife as she is a cashier and even customers complain about how hot it is in the store. She really loved this fan. However, the charging port broke after only 1 1/2 months. So it's useless. There is no way to open it to fix it. Looking through Revain's warranty information for this product, I found that I had to contact the manufacturer directly. Since I'm in America and this company is in China and I don't have any contact information I would say I'm out of luck. It's a decent product but I would be careful not to do the same to you as there is no way to contact the manufacturer.
