I bought a couple of these children's crayon and marker holders. As several reviewers have noted, these boxes are no larger than regular school supply boxes. However, they are certainly more durable and safer than those $1 school supply boxes. The lid is unfortunately separate, not attached and foldable. I also wish the containers were a bit larger than the average pencil case. Ultimately, I found the price a bit high for the item. I paid about $6 for each box. I'd happily buy more and wouldn't hesitate if they were $5 or less per unit. However, these are the best school supplies boxes I have come across.
