I was trying to use this to attach a small metal sign to a brick pillar. After preparing the stone and sign, I applied Liquid Nails adhesive sealant Responded to the sign, held it in place by hand for 30 minutes, then taped the edges of the sign with tape to continue holding the sign in place on a warm sunny afternoon. An hour later I went to look for the sign to see and found it had fallen off a brick pillar leaving just a mess that needed cleaning up.After making this mistake I repeated the steps using Loctite glue.In just five minutes the sign was in place.Never will again I use liquid nails a real misnomer this is a horrible glue and didn't work for my little project buyer warning if you use this u To "glue" something to the surface of your spine, use something else since liquid nails are more liquid than nails!
