I bought this hitch for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler to use with a Yakima bike rack. Unfortunately, because the receiver isn't long enough (it ends about 2 inches past the back edge of my bumper), my Yakima bike rack can't be installed without removing the spare tire. When I installed it there was a quarter inch gap between the frame and the clutch plates. Because the instructions call for 80 lb-ft torque bolts, he bends the panels so there is no play. 80 lb-ft of torque is a lot - more than my torque wrench limit. As it is now bent I will most likely not be able to return it. As a towbar I would give it 5 stars but I bought it specifically for my bike rack. Not recommended for use with anything other than a trailer. Update - I found a hitch extender at Revain and the hitch now works for my bike rack.
