Great concept, poor quality

Good concept but poor quality. I didn't want the product to get stuck in my ears and the headphones to fall out. Delivered and after 10 days the arm broke. I'm careful with my stuff but this one didn't last long. This should last at least a year. I gave 3 stars because it did what I wanted but broke. It must be returned. boo huh.
