The size and shape of the bag is excellent and the leather is nice but one of the front zippers started to tear and is becoming discolored only 3 days use the bag looks cheap and poor quality. I contacted the seller for a repair or replacement and they only offered me a $10 off my current bag. :( Unfortunately I sent the bag back and will not buy from this seller again in the future. Follow-up - Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars as the seller repeatedly contacted me to rectify the situation after I returned it .Maybe there was a misunderstanding between the person I contacted and the other person who really wants to fix things.I refused a new bag so I can't see another bag but the customer service is great.
