Great set!: my feedback

These bands are awesome! You can do various workouts with them. They do come with a small booklet that give you a few sample excercises, however if u search online there are many more. I like using them in the gym to assist me in my pull ups. They came with a towel which honestly, I haven't tried. But the carrying case is convenient. I really like this set and I would recommend it!
