I have been a Tweezerman customer for many years. Lately it seems like her tweezers have changed and just don't grab hair like they used to. So I started looking for really good tweezers. Cost wasn't a big issue to be honest, I just wanted the tweezers to work. I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking at the reviews and was really disappointed with all the fairy reviews. There are tweezers with 4-5 stars and thousands of reviews, but all reviews are made on 1 or 2 specific dates and are unverified. I had no idea before that fake reviews were even anything. The reviews for this product, the Zizzili Basics Tweezers Set, seemed genuine and quite cheap, so I took a chance and ordered these tweezers. First, the gripping end of the tweezers is about three times the size of the Tweezerman tweezers and will NOT catch hairs. I have tried both regular and travel size and both are useless. So I'm going back to the Tweezerman brand and hoping for the best.
