All the time waiting for the right conditions to watch the moon. I put it on a stable table so I didn't have to lengthen the tripod legs. When the legs are fully extended, it is very sensitive to touch and blurs the image. I could see the moon just fine. You can see ejecta, the sea and impact craters. Concentration is a challenge. Image shakes when turning knob. The picture is very small. I thought it would fill the entire screen but no. I've never looked through a telescope, so I don't have anything quite like it. If I had to do it again I wouldn't go that cheap. I would spend some money and buy a better telescope
