? Annoyed with dimmers

Dimmer flicker a lot tried to adjust but still flickers when the dimmer is low. It’s annoying that even though we try to adjust it doesn’t work properly. We installed over 25+ dimmers in our new home probably around 10 continues to flicker even after afjustment.
