The child puts the spout back into the bottle and it licks.
I really wanted to love this bottle. The graphics are adorable and fairly easy to clean, but I wouldn't recommend it for an 18 month old. My baby chewed his nose the first day which I expected. She also figured out how to put the spout back into the bottle (and does it every time) so there's a gap and water seeps all over the place. For older children this may not be a problem. I'll remove it and try later.
