I'm new to alcohol ink (and art projects in general) but I found it easy to use and odorless. Using 99% ethanol or isopropanol instead of the unwanted mixed stuff will save you a ton of money, and a free baby medicine dropper from the pharmacy, a hair dryer, and some table salt are great for adding texture and movement. Overall very happy with my purchase and very happy with the results of my first try. My Christmas and housewarming gifts are going to look great this year! Put down a towel or newspaper as they will stain everything (including your hands).
