Love the look, feel and connectivity. The sound is pretty good but I use them in a noisy place. The noise-cancelling works when playing music or media, but here are the cons: They don't interact, only noise-cancelling headphones. After a short set time, the headphones will turn off if you are not playing any music/media files. Ads should be clearer that they only do noise reduction during playback. during music playback they work quite well, so not entirely unsatisfactory. Further. Headphones are charged ONLY via a PC or laptop. The included USB charging cable that everyone has doesn't come with an adapter or power supply. My laptop goes to sleep and I don't play a 6 hour video to allow the headphones to charge. Technological frustrations like charging cables (no electricity) are so dumb considering it's the year 2000. Twenty. It's fully charged, the charge holds up fairly well, and the smooth female voice control in your ears says what you'd expect from Sony quality. it's not bose. Really great headphones if you're patient with the power issue and don't rely on noise-cancellation only mode for a period of time. Thank you for reading. I hope this helps your solutions
