The most helpful thing about this product is the support. They are always there for you when you need them. I have never had an issue that they couldn't help me with. It's very easy to use and navigate. Very little training is needed to get up and running. There really isn't anything I dislike about it. It has been a great tool for us so far! We have realized how much easier it is to manage our alerts now that we can see all of them at once. This also helps us to prioritize our work since we know which ones are more important than others.
