Non-Adjustable: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
This carving knife is very sharp but can only cut very thin slices. There are no instructions for changing the slice thickness. There's a rotating rectangular thing at the bottom, but it's not obvious how that affects thickness. Luckily I bought it to make thin slices in bulk and I don't need thickness control at all so I'm fine with that. It's not very adjustable from what I understand, but it gets the job done. Don't pay too much for an "adjustable" model.
