We bought this set to make Christmas gifts for our family. The bottles contain what looks like Easter egg paint pills. Some tablets, mostly brown and olive, did not dissolve completely. When applied to a shirt, small spots of paint appeared all over the shirt making it look like it was covered in mold. We filled the bottles with the right amount of water so that wasn't a problem. We tried shaking them longer. I tried to shake it, let it stand for half an hour, and then shook it vigorously again. It did not work. I've tried removing small stains with a paper towel but that didn't work either. The one I'm drawing should have been completely scrapped. Also, the bottles are small! We made t-shirts for adults and some of the bottles only lasted a few sections per t-shirt. I say "a few" because some of the bottles contained two tablets and because they didn't dissolve completely we were able to add more water and almost got a second bottle of dye out of it. But I wouldn't buy this set again. It's not worth it if it ruins half the t-shirts.
