Better than a bubble bath anytime!
I have always liked to take a good bath, especially when I have Epsom salts. It relaxes, rejuvenates and regenerates the body best (pearl bath, oil bath balls, etc.). I've been using Epsom salts since I was a little girl. My grandmother taught us kids the benefits it has for sore muscles, mineral replenishment, insomnia, skin softening and a host of other things. so pretty. It is a very fine-grained salt, so it dissolves very easily in the bath and has a wonderful lavender scent. It's especially soothing right before bed.
