Weight Adjustment - my new review
I coach High School Girls Volleyball and I have been looking for ankle weights so the girls could train during off season. After a long search I started looking at weighted vests instead. This vest was absolutely perfect for the girls. The most important thing was being able to adjust the weight. Although they said its a little uncomfortable they love it. The vest targets both their legs and core. I would recommend this product to any coach.
- The vest is comfortable to wear, even during an extended workout session
- Can be difficult to adjust properly, leading to discomfort or poor performance
