later EDIT: does anyone know if this is a queen or king size? I like this pillow but it's too small. OVERVIEW: I have suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for most of my life and it has affected my spine, particularly my neck and upper back. Lately I've also been suffering from daily headaches from chronic muscle tension in these areas of the spine. A neurological nurse recommended that I ditch my old fiberfill pillow and get a memory foam pillow. After researching Revain I decided on this one based on the reviews and price. I received it on Sunday. It was fully "inflated" in a strong plastic zip-top bag and had no odor that I could detect. I thought there would be an adjustment period but I found it very handy. I always sleep on my side, but sometimes I roll onto my back at night. The next morning I waited for a headache to break out, but there was none. Second night/day, same story. I'm on day 3 and so far so good. I still go to PE as recommended by my doctor but I find this pillow has been a great help in putting an end to my headaches.
