When I bought this item I wasn't aware that it was three turns (common user error) so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. My problem is the chargers themselves. They come off very easily leaving a dead battery. For example, I plugged mine in tonight, waited for the confirmation tone that it was charging, and hopped in the shower. After 20 minutes my phone was still at 7% and not charging. As long as you make sure it's plugged in, it charges great and the length is great. I have an iPhone 7 so I'm not sure if this is the problem or not. I've tried the charger with different cubes and it's still free when I'm not holding it.
