I really liked this stain remover. Pros: - Very, very compact: no problem holding the machine for a few minutes while you clean with your other hand - Robust build quality: everything stays well fixed, plastic is well finished - Cordless + no mixing solution = very quick to grab and Go - Decent suction on short to medium length carpets Cons: - After 3 uses I started seeping clear solution through the bottom machine. It empties the container in pretty much 10 seconds and creates a puddle of liquid under the machine. - The hose is quite short and stiff which makes maneuvering a bit tricky if you leave the machine. - Very short run time: the included 2.0 Ah battery only gives about 10-15 hours of operation and the solution tank only holds 8 oz. This means very little cleaning effort before reloading/refilling. I ended up returning my device due to a leak problem but I will give it 2 stars as it worked great when it worked.
