I paid 299.99 for this monitor which arrived with display issues which got worse over time to the point where it wouldn't display at all. I then pay $44 to ship to MSI while I await repairs. Today I received an email from MSI claiming that they don't cover "induced damage" and I have to pay $230 for the repair. It is absurd that a defective product from this company cannot be repaired. Your monitor doesn't cost another $230. If I had it repaired my total cost for this monitor alone would be $573.99. $573.99 is the price of my graphics card in my computer. I assure you I will not buy any other MSI product again.
