I bought the bag to use as my free personal item on an airline that charges for checked and carry-on baggage. It worked the way I wanted it to! Big enough for clothes, toiletries, my kindle tablet and room for a small shoulder bag for weekend lounging. The doctor's bag's wide opening makes it easy to find what you're looking for inside, and there are some other nice features like a luggage strap that you can attach to your suitcase handle and a strap for carrying handles. The bag itself is very well made and stylish, not your average backpack. If I didn't take a small bag with me, I could use this bag as a wallet. Great value for money, especially for the already great price of this bag!
